Why Aging people fail to lose weight??
A recent article in Life Extension magazine showed a new product I have been using in my practice with great results, this is Irvingia. When reviewing scientific studies I consistently agree with the observations done by William Falcon.
I also agree that the incidence of most diseases directly correlates with the caloric intake, in fact I truly believe that caloric restriction prolonge accelerate aging, and is one of the Aging Theories, in fact as we eat less, our risk of contracting age-related disease is greatly reduced.
Irvingia Gabonensis was introduced by Life Extension in November 2008 with excellent results from clinical trials and is actually the most popular supplement supplement offered.
Since then I have been using Ivingia in my practice with great results. Irvingia extract reduces body weight, and improves metabolic parameters in overweight humans according to a clinical study recently published in Lipids in Health & Disease. Irvingia is derived from African mango seed. In the double blind clinical trial scientifics examined the effects of Irvingia on obesity and related health problems, with a dose of 150mg twice a day 30-60 minutes before meals for 10 weeks.
Individuals receiving Irvingia experienced significant reductions in body weight, body fat, waist circunference and blood lipid parameters.
Irvingia is available in our Wellness Center…

Take a few deep abdominal breaths to to release tension, then resume normal breathing relaxing into the pose. After resting aslong as 20 minutes, slowly roll over to your side and use your arms to push yourself up.

For a long time polypeptides and polysaccharides have been the subject of intense research of how these nutrients are the fuel for all of our body chemical reactions and the source of fuel for almost all our chain reactions like the Kreb’s Cycle.
We are composed of cells, our body have trillions of cells going on and on, they create and replicate and the better health they have the better and longer we live in our toxic world. we need a very healthy mitochondria to deal with all the reactions at the cellular level and protect our cells from millons of free radicals molecules generated at any time in our body.
Polypeptides & polysaccharides are the most important sources of our glands we age because our glands progressively decrease the production of hormones, the best we feed our cells eventually will feed our glands to generate and produce the needed amount of hormones for a healthy life.
We have a hormonal symphone that will eventually interact one with another to create a hormonal balance and production that generate a healthy quality of life from all perspectives, mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and sexual.
I invite you to see www.greatlifeintl.com/cardiometabolic to know how we can replenish our cells and create the perfect hormonal symphone we need to live a longer completly active life.

For decades the medical establisment erroneously conjectured that testosterone replacement therapy increases the risk of prostate cancer.
Harvard-based Abraham morgentaler MD FACS has demonstrated this theory is mistaken. Contrary to the notion that restoring testosteroneto youthful levels is somehow risky. Dr Mongentaler meticulously shows an increased risk of prostate cancer in aging men with LOW testosterone. This same information was long ago uncovered by the Life Extension Foundation.
